朱雷,理学博士,副教授

1982年生,厦门大学公共卫生学院副教授。2008年硕士毕业于吉林大学生命科学学院,同年考入吉林大学生命科学学院攻读博士学位,并于2009年获得国家留学基金委公派留学资格到美国国立卫生院做为联合培养博士生交流2年,2010年获得美国国立生物医药与生物工程中心“王秀文”杰出青年科研人员奖。2011年博士毕业后继续在美国国立卫生院医学影像与生物医学工程中心做博士后研究,主要研究方向为分子影像探针的设计和研发。自2013年回国以来已经获得国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,自然科学基金面上项目一项,参与科技部863项目一项,横向合作一项,累计科研经费达到140万。目前已经发表论文34篇,文章累计影响因子150以上,其中第一作者10篇。目前指导硕士生2名,联合培养硕士生2名,2014年招收硕士生2名,联合培养博士生1名。

Dr. Zhureceived his M.S. in 2008 from the College of Life Science at Jilin Universityin China. From Nov. 2009 to Oct. 2011, Dr. Zhu joined the Laboratory forMolecular Imaging and Nanomedicine (LOMIN) at the National Institute ofBiomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) as a predoctoral visiting fellowunder the supervision of Dr. Shawn Chen. In Dec. 2011, he received his Ph.D.degree in the College of Life Science at Jilin University under the supervisionof Professor Xuexun Fang. After graduation, Dr. Zhu started his postdoctoraltraining in Dr. Shawn Chen’s LOMIN at NIBIB, NIH. In 2013, Dr. Zhu joined the Center forMolecular Imaging and Translational Medicine at Xiamen University as anassociate professor. Till now, Dr. Zhu published more than 30 papers related tomolecular imaging and drug delivery.

Dr.Zhu's research is mainly focused on protein chemistry, especially matrixmetalloproteinases and caspases. He is interested in screening and selectingcancer-specific binding peptides; developing novel activatable imaging probesfor non-invasive early detection; and monitoring of cancer therapy usingmultimodality imaging technologies including PET, SPECT, MRI, photoacousticsimaging and optical imaging. He is also interested in application ofnano-materials in drug delivery.
